Meet Coach Chelsea
My mission is to teach individuals to create a personal healthy lifestyle that will be sustainable in a modern working environment. I have been a health coach since 2017 and the most common obstacle I have encountered to my clients’ health has been difficulty navigating the balance of their careers versus engaging in healthy habits. The challenges of work-from-home environments, no work life balance, and sedentary work make staying healthy and employed feel daunting. COVID made us all painfully aware of the importance of being intentional and proactive about our health. I want to empower you to take control of your lifestyle before it becomes a problem or to intervene if your are on your way to a major health issue. Feeling your best shouldn’t be a luxury.
