Weekly sessions
Meet with Chelsea from the comfort of your own home for a 1-hour training session every week. You will receive personalized feedback on your performance and motivation to reach your goals.
Personalized training plan
Depending on your personal needs, we’ll create a plan to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it is performance, weight loss, or strength. You will have a fitness routine to follow outside of your weekly sessions with me to keep you on track, as well as nutrition recommendations.
Support and accountability
Getting healthy can feel overwhelming, not knowing where to start or stick to your goals can be so frustrating. Outside of your training sessions, you will have text and email support to keep you on track. It is important to me that you meet your goals!

In-home personal training (12 Sessions), personally tailored health program and goals, text and email support from Coach Chelsea in between sessions. Ask about the group rate if you are interested in working out with a couple of friends!
