Intensive courses
A program of 8 courses, recommended for the you to complete within 16 weeks (1 course per two weeks), but can be done at your own pace. Each course will cover a different aspect of a healthy lifestyle and recommended steps to find habits that will work.
Step-by-step goals
Throughout the program, you will have homework and actionable steps that will help you establish a healthy routine. The two week recommendation is to allow the you to practice the habits you’ve learned and see how it looks to implement them in your real life.
A complete healthy lifestyle
After the program is completed, you should have a list of healthy lifestyle habits that you can engage in regularly and that are sustainable for the rest of your life. No matter what future obstacles life brings, you will know how to make adjustments so this healthy way of life is not temporary, it’s permanent.
